- Support hours for all usual day to day operations are 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Support hours for break/fix outside normal hours continues on a 24×7 basis
- Refer to the OOH Procedure if you need access to the data centre outside the normal support/office hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
From Monday 7th October 2019 our normal support hours will be aligned with our office hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday whilst break/fix support will continue to be available 24×7.
