We have a number of exciting changes taking place for early 2015 starting with the following:
- 24×7 Support for Broadband DSL & FTTC
- Half price FTTC installations for Q1 2015
We are introducing 24×7 support for all Broadband DSL and FTTC services and we will be offering a more resilient service taking two separate feeds into our own network as a result of our partnership with Entanet who will also be providing the extended support. Changes to the broadband service and support will be phased in from mid-November in preparation for full implementation in 2015.
