Network Disruption 23/03/2026

On 23/03/26 between 12:09 and 12:26 we experianced disruption on our core network due to a router failure.

This will have caused network instability affecting access to some remote networks whilst routes times out and the network automaticially reconverged.

Some Broadband and leased line customers will have been affected between12:09 and 13:37,

Our engineers continue to investigate but we do not expect any further disruption.
