Network Issue 22 September 2026

12:00 At approximately 11:17 an incident occurred in our London Point of presence which has impacted some of our customers including broadband users.

Our engineers are currently investigating and we expect services to recover shortly.  An update will be provided in due course.

13.30 Due to issues with one of our core routers in London, we have experienced some brief connectivity issues to some destinations.

14.20 The network is stable and investigations into the root cause are ongoing. An update will be provided in due course.

18:37 Final update: Between 11:17 and 13:15 today, stability issues with Datanet routers in London caused a number of network reconvergence events. The resulting re-routing of traffic will have interupted traffic to some internet destinations for brief periods of time.

Broadband customers will have seen their connections drop for approximately 20 minutes on 2 occasions within the period of network instability.

Our engineers have taken remedial action to ensure the stability of services whilst we continue to identify the root cause of todays issue.
