Datanet in Hampshire

We moved into Datanet’s ARK facility earlier this year and the experience has been excellent from day one. The site itself is impressive, with highly specced infrastructure and security taken seriously at every level, which was a key requirement for our workloads. The metered power offering is a rare find in colocation and makes capacity planning much more straightforward, with ample power and bandwidth provision to match. What sets Datanet apart is the service. From the initial setup through to ongoing support, the team have been genuinely helpful and responsive. The professional services input has been particularly valuable, offering real technical expertise rather than generic hand-waving. It’s clear they actually understand what’s running in their facility. Most importantly, there’s a real eagerness to build an actual relationship rather than just sell rack space. Conversations feel collaborative rather than transactional, which makes a big difference when you’re planning for growth. Would highly recommend.
