Following is a plain English and friendly description of our “Terms and Conditions” of business which together with the Services Order Form and Service Level Agreement (SLA) forms our contract with you.

Service Level Agreement

Our Service Level Agreement is designed to give you peace of mind, explains the terms of our responsibility to you and forms part of the contract between us. Datanet’s Service Level Agreement is explained in simple, clear language and is designed to give you confidence in the services we provide to your business.
