Our normal support hours are from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, our 24×7 break/fix support hours continue round the clock, support can be contacted on the dedicated number 01252 813396.

In the unlikely event of a MSO (major service outage) which affects most or all of the services from Datanet, we will provide information about the incident on this page.
