15:05 – We are aware of an issue with a Broadband Service causing loss of service. This is due to an issue at the BT Kingston exchange. Engineers are currently working on this issue.

UPDATE 17:15 – Our supplier has announced that the issue has now been resolved and Broadband service should now be restored. If you are still experiencing an issue, please try to power cycle your router. After that, please contact our support department for assistance.
