13:05 – We are aware of an issue with a Broadband Service causing loss of service. This is due to a power outage at the BT Kingston exchange. Engineers are currently working on this issue and expect to restore power between 14:30 and 15:30.

UPDATE 14:15 – The Power issue has now been resolved and Broadband service should now be restored. If you are still experiencing an issue, please try to power cycle your router. After that, please contact our support department for assistance.
