As Christmas approaches I would personally like to wish you every happiness along with your family and colleagues and to thank you for your relationship and friendship with Datanet.

I look forward to bringing new and improved services to you in 2012 – including improved support cover as we move from our existing 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday normal support hours towards a 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday extended technical support hours for all our business class services including business broadband. This improved support (828×6) is in addition to our 24×7 on-call support, that’s in-house support for you Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm by the end of January 2012, further details will follow next month.

As we approach the end of our financial year, 2012 has been Datanet’s best year to date, alongside business as usual, we began work on our ISO accreditation in August and we are now 70% of the way through a very demanding time for all of us as we strive to achieve ISO9001 & 27001 certification in the first quarter next year.
