07/08/19 – Our supplier has resolved the issue with our circuit between Aspen House, Fleet and Equinix data centre, London. The issue was resolved on 06/08/19 at 22:36 and the circuit has been fully operational since then.

06/08/19 at 15:48 – We became aware of an issue relating to one of our core network links between Aspen House Fleet and London. This is an advisory notice as customer traffic is not affected at present. Our supplier engineers are currently working to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency. Further updates will be provided as soon as possible.
