DSL/FTTC Platform Work In Progress update 21/06/12

In the latest update from BT (received at 16.35), we have been advised that their engineers are continuing to work on resolving the problems on their core network at Faraday. We apologise to our 21CN broadband customers who may be experiencing a degraded service as a result.
