We are currently experiencing high usage on our network due to the release Microsoft Windows 10. This is causing a degraded (slow) service and is affecting FTTC to a large degree.
Our suppliers are currently trying to throttle the traffic to Microsoft to minimise the affect to other users.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will continue to liase with our supplier to bring back normal service as soon as possible.
