Have You Heard About FTTC and FTTP?
Have you ever wondered what’s inside all the dark green cabinets along the roadside? These cabinets contain all the connections and communications equipment for your Internet and telephony connections. BT is in the process of delivering Fibre To The Cabinet (FTTC) across the country. This fibre will be replacing the copper-wire technology which exists between the exchange and the cabinet.
In addition, BT is announcing Fibre To The Premises (FTTP) services – so keep watching our websitewww.datanet.co.uk for further news on this!
Phase3 Planning at Aspen House
Following the hard work and excitement in preparing for the delivery of our 24Mb broadband services, staff at Datanet were looking forward to a bit of a breather. Managing Director, Conleth McCallan had other ideas and is getting them all fired up for the next stage in the development at Aspen House.
