22/01/2007 – Datanet is to simplify its billing system by moving over to monthly charges

Datanet is to simplify its billing system by moving over to monthly charges for all services.  Instead of receiving several invoices under different terms, customers can expect to receive one monthly invoice itemising all services on a per month basis.  The option to receive a single annual invoice will remain and private circuits will continue to be billed quarterly.

The advantages of this new monthly billing as well as an improved streamlined billing process are:

• The monthly invoice will list all services currently billed
• Payment will be spread over the full accounting year

Datanet aim to change the billing process gradually, case-by-case – adjusting invoices upon renewal of the non-monthly fees. For customers paying by standing order, this is an ideal time to change to direct debit.
