03/01/08 – Datanet Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Datanet recently conducted a survey amongst our customers to help us continue to develop the service, support and solutions we offer.

We received a wonderful response and would like to thank all of you who replied for the time and effort you spent in sending us your comments. We have gathered some very encouraging feedback and constructive comments to help us move forward.

Here are some highlights of the survey:

• 90% would recommend Datanet to other businesses
• 72% are happy with the technical performance of the services Datanet provide.
• 72% are happy with the high quality of service and support that Datanet provide.

Datanet are also pleased to announce that Brian Gopsill of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists won the customer survey prize draw of the luxury food hamper which he received shortly before Christmas. Congratulations to Brian.
