Datanet is pleased to advise that last month Axians started providing 24×7 network monitoring and management services for the core of our network. This will give our customers a more efficient and responsive service for any issues that may occur on our core network. The monitoring systems should ensure that any potential issues are identified, acted on and fixed before there is any disruption to the service provided to our customers.
The partnership has also enhanced the service that we can offer our customers, giving them peace of mind that there is an extra layer of technical and security services in our core network to mitigate against any threats to our network.
