14/09/2005 – Continued growth demands further investment

Datanet increases Broadband capacity by adding additional BT hostlinks at one of its Redbus data centres, offering increased capacity, redundancy and diversity of services. We have also invested in a new CRM(Customer Relationship Management) application for use by all departments across Datanet to further improve the way we look after you our customers.

Both new developments are being launched to keep Datanet ahead of the growth of their business and prepare for the future. The improvements mean that Datanet can continue to increase the high levels of reliability and support they provide for all their customers. The new CRM system will also allow customers to log in and check the progress of their support questions and queries themselves. The increased broadband capacity will enable Datanet to broaden their range of services in the future to satisfy the requirement for higher speed connections.
