13/08/2007 – BT getting in touch about 21CN programme

BT’s plan to migrate all broadband users onto its new generation network called 21CN is well underway. As a part of the process, BT will be sending a mailing to you if you are served by a selected number of exchanges throughout the UK. The mailing is planned for October 2007. This is purely informational and will give details on the planned upgrades and the new technology being rolled out. Do not worry if this mailing does not arrive, it simply means your exchange is scheduled for upgrading further down the line.

Datanet will, of course, contact you directly should your service be affected by this upgrade to make sure the transition goes as smoothly as possible.
