Sales Support Assistant
Datanet, one of the UK’s longest established Hosting & Connectivity ISP’s, is looking for a Sales Support Assistant to care for our customers and help identify and look after their requirements from both a commercial and service provision perspective. Datanet is a well established Hosting and Data Centre provider and has an opportunity for the right candidate to propel their career in the world of Internet Hosting & Telecommunications. The Job
This is a full-time employed role and we are looking for a people friendly, technology minded and enthusiastic sales support assistant to help us look after our customers. You should be an exceptional customer advocate to help present and fulfil our services to our customers and channel partners. You will be passionate about interacting with customers and prospects and looking after their needs, pro-actively engaging and assuring we have addressed their queries and needs.
Are you the right person? Does getting involved in cloud sales and cloud technology excite you? Do you have excellent organisational and administration skills with keen attention to detail? Are you an expert user of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook? Previous experience in a sales support or customer care role will be a big advantage. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this has the potential to be a senior position at Datanet.

You will ideally be located less than a half hour from our Farnborough (M3/J4a) ARK data centre (GU14 0LH) and you will primarily be working from the data centre or office and home.
