12/07/2006 - Datanet reveals the results of our recent customer survey

Datanet recently conducted a survey amongst our customers to help us continue to develop the service, support and solutions we offer and ensure we remain your Best National Business ISP.

We received a wonderful response and would like to thank all participants for the time and effort you spent in sending us your comments. We have gathered some very encouraging feedback and constructive comments to help us move forward.

Here are some highlights of the survey:

• 92% would recommend Datanet to other businesses
• 89% say we respond to all enquiries helpfully and professionally
• 89% agree that our technical and operations teams are both helpful and responsive
