Datanet would like to take this opportunity to remind customers to complete and return a direct debit form if they have not done so already. Paying by direct debit is an easy, hassle free way of paying and as Datanet move to the new monthly fees, direct debit has become crucial to streamlining that change.

Datanet adhere to the strict direct debit Guarantee summarised as follows,

• Your own Bank or Building Society monitors the efficiency and security of the scheme
• Datanet will notify you of any payment changes a minimum of five days before any money is taken from your account
• You are guaranteed a full and immediate refund in the event of any errors
