About us
The Technologies Group is a privately owned Company with a history steeped in the design, development and deployment of innovative technological solutions for industry. Founded in 1964 under the name of Sound Techniques Limited (STL) the Company specialised in the professional music recording business.
Around 1975 the Company moved into computing, developing bespoke software solutions for the Criminal Justice Sector. In 1999 the Company broadened its expertise to include generic networking installation and support activities, and then extended this activity into the private sector. Today, with a turnover exceeding £10M and over one hundred employees, The Technologies Group offers a wide portfolio of ICT related products and services with a specialisation in the provision of convergent (Telecoms and IT) solutions.
