DSL/FTTC Platform Outage

On Friday 7th December 2012 we experienced an outage on our hostlink affecting all broadband customers. The incident started at approximately 17.45 and service was fully restored by 18.20. We are currently investigating the cause of this outage with BT and apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused.
