Firstly a very happy new year to you. We at Datanet are looking forward to providing another year of ‘second to none’ services to you.
Technical Support Update by Dave Smith, Support & Facilities Manager
At Datanet we pride ourselves on the quality of support we provide to our customers. Currently, during working hours you can call and immediately talk with a member of our Support Team about any issue you may have. Outside working hours, 24 hour support is available for qualifying services.
Our first class support is about to get even better! I’m Dave Smith and I’d like to introduce you to the new Support Team at Datanet.

In addition to my historic role as Facilities Manager, I am taking on the responsibility for the Support Team. Sandhya Shah has been working in Datanet Support for over 3 years and she is joined by 3 new team members, Pete Smith, Alex Frost and Mike McCallan.
As a first step, I am pleased to announce that by the middle of Q1 2012, Datanet will be extending the support working hours to 8am till 8pm Monday to Saturday (8x8x6). This means that all our customers will have instant access to our Support Team during the extended hours.
Together we will all be working to improve your support experience and our ultimate aim is to have support staff on-site 24/7. This will provide you with two major benefits:-
- All customers who currently qualify for 24 hour support will benefit from a faster response by directly calling our on-site Support Technician
- Datanet will be able to offer 24 hour 1st line support for other services such as broadband and email
For any support enquiries, please call our team on 0845 130 6010 option 2 or email us at email@example.com
I look forward to speaking with you in due course.
