Air Lock Reception: Entry to the datacentre is gained via zone-specific personal security pass. Having gained access, site visitors are held briefly while their identity and authorized access level is confirmed by sophisticated photo recognition systems. |

Fire Suppression: Three-stage fire detection utilising aspiration first stage for zoned HVAC control to maximise the efficiency of the double knock addressable analogue system. Nitrogen charged 'cold-steam' independently zoned fire suppression systems.

CCTV Cameras: Colour CCTV cameras are sited throughout the exterior and interior of the building. |

Proprietary Cabling Structure: Diverse fibre routing available from up to 12 carriers. Fully established truncated internal cable network. Incorporating enclosed and protected Meet-Me room with ODF/DDF bandwidth delivery. Onsite inventory database tracks all cables, circuits & cross-connect in all locations.

Security: Access to all datacentres is strictly controlled, with manned security onsite 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Additional security for individual suites, including palm recognition systems, can be tailored to clients' requirements.

Air Conditioning: The air conditioning system is configured with 133% built-in redundancy. Effectively, only 75% of the air conditioning units are required to support the datacentre at maximum occupancy. |

Uninterrupted Power Supply: Should mains supply fail at any time, a series of batteries seamlessly kick-in to power all hosted equipment. Housed generators provide main power back up with sufficient fuel capacity to maintain full power for some 36 hours before re-fuelling. |
